On November 3rd 2012, We were blessed with the divine presence of His Holiness Sri Ahobilam Jeeyar Swamiji in Jacksonville, Florida. This was the first visit to Jacksonville for HH Swamiji. A wonderful evening program was held at the Hindu Society of Northeast Florida.
Local Prajna students under the guidance of our dedicated volunteer teachers (Usha Puranam Garu, Surya Kala Eranki Garu, and Shanta Rayaprolu Garu) performed Vedic chanting to the delight of audience. Our children made everyone feel happy with their accomplishments and the efforts they had to put together. Following this, HH Swamiji gave a wonderful discourse on Srimad Bhagavatam. The entire audience was enthralled by HH Swamiji's words, mixing humor with an underlying divine message. We hope to be blessed again in the near future with another visit by HH Swamiji!
